COST: $89 for 1.7 ounces
THE SKINNY: This product, StriVectin-TL Tightening Neck Cream, falls in to the a sample-is-not-enough category. Right on the package, it says the anti-aging, anti-sagging cream takes about 8 weeks to work but there were only a couple of applications in the sample pack. If I am going to spend $89 on a neck cream, I need to have a reason.
The actual cream though went on smooth and dried quickly. There was nothing about it that turned me off.
But there was nothing to make me think my neck would look different in a few months either.
So I turned to the web for more information and found that this product is designed for women aged 50 an up! Ah-ha! I am the wrong demographic. Maybe I will come back to this one in 20 years.
KEEP OR TOSS: I kept using the sample, but never really saw a difference. It is not unpleasant in any way, but I will not be spending $89 on the full size product.
CHECK IT OUT: The company was giving out free samples (but they seem to be all gone), but hit the StriVectin site anyway for a free shipping code and to sign up for their rewards club if you plan to but something. You can also take a look at before and after photos of people who used the Tightening Neck Cream.
