THE SKINNY: This is an powder shadow that can be used nearly everywhere else (if you have the the right color.) Da Vinci's Mineral Shimmer Powder is one of my new go-to product for brightening up my face for a weekend outing. A few flicks of the brush on my cheekbones and a swipe across each eyelid, add mascara and I'm ready to go.
The shimmer is subtle and isn't too glittery for an adult. It lasts all afternoon, and my color -- 04 Dejavous -- is just pink enough to brighten my face or enhance my blush.
One warning, though. Avoid the outside corner of you eyes, because the shimmer will really show those little lines.
KEEP OR TOSS: Keep. I love the color and the effect.
CHECK IT OUT: Da Vinci claims to have 101 shades.
