COST: Varied
THE SKINNY: BH Cosmetics' eye shadows look like beautiful colors in the box, but the pigments are a lot more subtle on your skin. They really don't get that much richer if you layer coats, either. That's saying something when one of the colors in your palette is a dark purple.
The shadows are still pretty on the eye, adding a little shimmer and a little color. The shadow lasts for hours with primer, although it did crease a little toward the end of the work day.
KEEP OR TOSS: Keep. These are decent, but probably not something I'd buy again.
