THE SKINNY: If you're looking for an eyeliner that lasts all day, try Be a Bombshell. This is a liquid eyeliner that goes on like you're using a sharpie. The applicator is a felt tip, just like a marker.
It's easy to use, too. I get a consistently amazing, thick line that stayed in place long after my eyeshadow wore off.
I found that the eyeliner dries quickly, so you have to be fast with the brush to smudge it.
The eyeliner has been in my makeup bag for a few weeks now and hasn't dried out or clumped up.
