THE SKINNY: I really wanted to
like this one. As a mascara addict, I have always wanted something
that hit those tiny bottom lashes with just the right amount of umph.
But Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara does not quite do the job.
I am convinced it is just regular
mascara in a tiny, tiny tube with an even tinier brush. The formula
is a little goopy for those little lashes and the wide bristled brush
does not catch the hairs well. (I have much better luck with my
normal mascara, Tarte's Lights, Camera, Lashes! and it's superior
brush.)
Aside from the cutsey container, a slim
silver tube with flowers etched on it, I am not impressed. I've used
it a few times but cant seem to get the result I want.
The mascara comes in two colors –
black and black/brown – so it should pair with most of your neutral
mascaras nicely.
KEEP OR TOSS: I will keep
playing with it, but probably won't buy it again.
