COST: $22 for 8 ounces
THE SKINNY: If you are like me, you form your very first impression of a shampoo from its smell. Nick Chavez Beverly Hills Advanced Volume Shampoo smells fantastic -- like fresh green apples.
And it cleanses well too. It make my hair feel nice and soft, although I don't think I got any added volume. The shampoo cleans and washes away all the gunk from your locks and is safe for those with color treatments. I did notice my hair felt cleaner after only one use.
I also like that the formula contains UV protectants -- your hair deserves a little sunscreen too!
The downside to this product is it comes in a small bottle -- only 8 ounces compared to 12 or more ounces for many other brands.
KEEP OR TOSS: Keep. I liked it (the full-size sample came in my Beauty Fix box), but I doubt I will spend $22 on a full size.

I agree with your review. I thought it cleansed my hair well but did nothing for volume. I was disappointed since it is marketed that way.
