THE SKINNY: Starlet's eyeliner is just OK. It's a traditional eye pencil that goes on a little dry and lasted, for me, about half the work day.
I didn't find much "intense" in my chocolate eyeliner, which came in a recent Ipsy box. And I didn't care much for the brown color, either. It was a little too red for me.
Meh.
KEEP OR TOSS: Toss. The color isn't flattering for me.
