THE SKINNY: This is one of the few creamy eyeliner pencils I've found that stays in place all day long.
Clinique's Cream Shaper for Eyes is a really good liner. It's soft, goes on smoothly, smudges and blends easily and then doesn't budge. My color "mink" is a special hue that was packaged in a Black Friday set. It's a chocolate brown that's quite pretty.
The pencil blends nicely with eyeshadow, too.
I love it.
KEEP OR TOSS: Keep. It's hard to beat this liner.
