THE SKINNY: Too Face's Shadow Insurance primer works great. This is a thicker primer that goes on easily and absorbs quickly.
It kept my eyeshadow in place all day without any major smudging or creasing. That's impressive in my book and rivals the Urban Decay primer I usually prefer.
It's not overly expensive, either. Bonus!

CHECK IT OUT: Two Faced has several primer options, including a shimmery candlelight version and one to hold glittery shadows in place.
