THE SKINNY: This is a creamy, ultra-black eyeliner made with beeswax. It's meant to be blended and smudged, perhaps to compliment a smokey eye.
I found it to slide all over my face. The waxy formula never seemed to dry, so it was messy and eventually wore off.
The black wasn't that dark, either.
KEEP OR TOSS: Toss. I liked the texture of the pencil, but it didn't last more than an hour or two.
