THE SKINNY: Magic Lumi Primer is designed to be worn in one of three ways: As a true makeup primer underneath your powder or foundation, mixed in with your foundation or on its own as a brightener.
The primer is a universal color. This has the same consistency and color as your run-of-the-mill facial lotion with sparkles. It's not glittery, but it will definitely make your skin brighter. It goes on smoothly.
It didn't do much to fill in lines and wrinkles on my skin, but it did help with my oily T-zone and seemed to extend the life of my pressed powder.
KEEP OR TOSS: Keep. This is a decent, cost-effective option, and I like that it can be worn alone to brighten up my skin.
